Dr. Brian Mananquil

Dr. Mananquil began his journey in healthcare by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, where he developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Driven by a passion for comprehensive health, he went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University in 2008.

He launched his first dental practice in Carlsbad before expanding to Hillcrest, where he now leads a thriving practice. With a foundation in nursing, Dr. Brian takes a holistic approach to dentistry, focusing on the whole person—not just their smile. His unique background allows him to provide compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s overall well-being.

Dr. Ryan Hoffman

Dr. Ryan Hoffman, a native of Poughkeepsie, New York, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marist College with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, one of the most competitive dental programs in the nation, earning several faculty-nominated awards for his extensive involvement in the community and for his clinical excellence. Dr. Hoffman’s passion for community service has allowed him to treat the underserved in several states across the United States, as well as in the rainforests of Madagascar, Africa.

Dr. Hoffman relocated to San Diego to complete a post-graduate residency program at the VA Hospital in La Jolla, where he received advanced training in surgical and restorative dentistry. He is committed to providing the highest quality of dental care in a personalized, compassionate manner and establishing life-long relationships with his patients.

When he is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hoffman can be found golfing or exercising around San Diego and cheering on his beloved New York Giants with his daughter, Emmy, and his dog, Simon.
